Nominated 8’s
At the pre-season meeting it was decided that for the 2008-09 season, all 1st Division clubs must submit the names of 8 players that shall only be eligible to play in the 1st Division. This would then allow some ‘bench players’ to get more time on court in a 2nd Division team. Several 1st Division clubs have not yet submitted their nominations, and I would ask that these clubs do so as soon as possible, even if they do not envisage any of their players playing for a 2nd Division team.
