Level 1 & 2 Table Officials Course to be held on 28th September 2008 at Wodson Park, Ware.

2008 FIBA Rule Changes
Please see below the FIBA rule changes which will be coming into effect on October 1st this year, i.e. after the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
As usual these rule changes will apply in all England Basketball affiliated competitions, including all HBBA/HPL competitions. The rule changes will apply at the Pre-season tournament at Ware on Sunday September 28th, and from then onwards in all games.

HPL Pre-Season Tournament
This year’s pre-season tournament will take place on Sunday 28th September at Wodson Park, Ware. As usual, the tournament will consist of a series of shortened games, with prizes for the top placed teams. All HPL teams are invited to enter.
Date: Sunday 28th September
Location: Wodson Park, Ware
Time: 3pm - 7.30pm
Entry fee: £20 per team
If you wish to enter your team into the tournament, please email league@hertsbasketball.co.uk no later than Friday August 22nd. Entries after this date will NOT be accepted.
Confirmation of entry will be sent by email, if you do not receive a reply within 48 hours please resend email.
Payment of £20 will be required from each team on the day, by cash or cheque. Payment must be made before the commencement of the tournament.
